How to delete your user account

You can delete your own user account in the backoffice at any time. Your organization stays, with its other members.

Delete your account#

Click your name in the top right corner and choose Profile. At the bottom of the page, under Delete my account, click Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is removed at once, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone: to use Hugo again, a member of your organization has to invite you again.

The only member of an organization#

The only member of an organization cannot delete their account, as nobody could sign in to the organization afterwards. You can:

• delete the organization instead, see How to delete your organization, or
• first invite another member, see How to invite a new member to your organization.
